First, MacBook models from 2012 to 2015. Make sure Window Mode is set to Fullscreen. Lower the Display Resolution to 1280×720, or if your Mac doesn’t support this, use 1280×800, or 1344×756 or 1600×900. Turn the Frame Rate Limit to Unlimited.
